Model Releases – The OneRule

Only one rule about model releases exists and it is as true for the model as for the photographer: Always have one. For every shoot. Always. No exceptions.  Period.

To see the one I use, go to My Model Release.  If you are going to model for me, feel free to suggest any changes you may want.  I’ll either agree or we’ll talk about it.  Remember, releases are legally binding contracts so you want to insure that you understand the provisions before you sign.
